Proffer cntroller is made for sel-proffer. Both the temperature and humidity can be separated controlled,ensures optimum control of the humidity and temperature in proffers.The machine is made of stainless steel and equipped with a special electronic steam system This ensures long and reliable usage.Air exchanging system gives circulating airflow inside the chamber This design ensures optimum and uniform proffering in the entfre proffer. Two or more units can be selected according to fermentation capacity and volume of proffer chamber .The proffer controller can be parallel connected and center controlled. |
